Вместе с врачебным персоналом в оказании современной высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи участвуют специалисты со средним медицинским и высшим (сестринским) образованием. Одним из важнейших условий совершенствования деятельности среднего медицинского персонала педиатрических учреждений является непрерывное профессиональное развитие специалистов со средним медицинским образованием, направленное на приобретение ими современных знаний и навыков, их применение в практической деятельности, формирование специалистов, мотивированных к саморазвитию и достижению профессионального успеха.</p><p>Цель работы — установить особенности профессиональной деятельности специалистов сестринского звена медицинского исследовательского центра, оказывающего высокотехнологичную медицинскую помощь, и определить пути дальнейшего развития сестринской помощи.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проанализированы данные кадрового учёта Национальный медицинский исследовательский центр здоровья детей и данные федерального статистического наблюдения по России и Москве, собственные данные опросов и анкетирования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что 35% медицинских сестёр НМИЦ здоровья детей имеют высшую квалификационную категорию. Укомплектованность Центра сестринскими кадрами составляет 84,5%, что выше среднего по России. Медицинские сестры участвовали в помощи 37 тыс. пациентам круглосуточного стационара и оказании 860 тыс. амбулаторных услуг. Они выступили с докладами на 8 научно-практических конференциях, с их участием опубликованы учебные пособия и статьи, получены 6 патентов на изобретения, подготовлены программы повышения квалификации.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. НМИЦ здоровья детей является стартовой площадкой для инновационной работы сестринского персонала, непрерывного совершенствования его знаний и умений. Формирование новых мотиваций является залогом успеха творческой деятельности детских медицинских сестёр. The most important area of work of medical and nursing staff is the development of children’s healthcare and the provision of qualified personnel for medical institutions. To care for patients, it is necessary to master increasingly complex medical and technical knowledge and master new skills, and improve those already acquired. High-tech medical care is a complex of medical and diagnostic medical services conducted in the conditions of research centers, one of which is the National Medical Research Center for Children’s Health of the Ministry of Health of Russia (hereinafter the Center), using complex and unique medical technologies with significant resource intensity.</p></sec><sec><title>The purpose of the work</title><p>The purpose of the work: to establish the features of the professional activity of the specialists of the nursing link of the medical research center and to determine the ways of further development of nursing care.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The data of the personnel records of the Center and the data of the Federal Statistical Observation in Russia and Moscow, own data of surveys and questionnaires are analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. 35% of the Center’s nurses were found to have the highest qualification category. The staffing of the Center with nursing staff is 84.5%, which is higher than the average in Russia. Nurses participated in providing care to 37,000 patients of the round-the-clock hospital and providing 860,000 outpatient services. They made presentations at 8 scientific and practical conferences, textbooks and articles were published with the participation of nurses, 6 patents for inventions were obtained, advanced training programs were prepared.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The Medical Research Center is a launching pad for innovative work of nursing staff, continuous improvement of their knowledge and skills.
