Постковидный синдром у детей может приводить к длительному персистированию у ребёнка разнообразных симптомов, влияющих на его самочувствие и качество жизни.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: определить состояние детей после COVID-19 и других острых респираторных инфекций (ОРИ) с помощью международного опросника ISARIC.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведено исследование «случай–контроль», включавшее 261 ребёнка, перенёсшего подтверждённую ПЦР инфекцию COVID-19, и 198 детей, перенёсших другие ОРИ. Состояние больных оценивали через 6 и 12  мес после инфекции с помощью опросника Международного консорциума по тяжёлым острым респираторным и новым инфекционным заболеваниям (ISARIC). Определены жалобы, а также эмоциональное благополучие, взаимоотношения в обществе и социальная активность детей после перенесённой инфекции. Проведено сравнение показателей самочувствия у детей, перенёсших СOVID-19 и другие ОРИ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Через 6 мес после инфекции COVID-19 у детей значительно чаще отмечались слабость и недостаток энергии по сравнению с контролем. Среди пациентов, опрошенных через 12 мес после заболевания, дети после СOVID-19 существенно чаще страдали от нарушений концентрации и слабости. При анализе эмоционального благополучия и социальной активности больных после COVID-19 выявлено, что среди детей, опрошенных через 6 мес после инфекции, значительно чаще отмечалось уменьшение посещаемости учебных заведений. Через 12 мес после инфекции различия оказались разнонаправленными — у пациентов после COVID-19 часто выявлялось снижение чувства сопричастности обществу и уменьшалась посещаемость учебных заведений. У детей после других ОРИ чаще отмечалось увеличение усталости.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. The state of children had suffered from COVID-19 causes various persistent symptoms affecting on patient well-being and quality of life which is a significant healthcare issue.</p></sec><sec><title>The aim of the work</title><p>The aim of the work. To assess health and well-being of children following COVID-19 and other acute respiratory infections.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. This is a case-control study including children with history of PCR-confirmed COVID-19 (n = 261) and other acute respiratory infections (n = 198). Patients were assessed 6 months and 1 year after the infection using the International Severe Acute Respiratory and Emerging Infection Consortium (ISARIC) COVID-19 questionnaire for children. The prevalence of symptoms including fatigue, weakness, lack of energy, as well as the emotional well-being, social relationships, and social activity of children was evaluated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Children with history of COVID-19 in six months had significantly higher rates of weakness and decreased school attendance compared to children with other acute respiratory infections. 12 months after infection, children in the case group were significantly more likely to experience poor concentration, weakness, a decreased sense of belonging and school attendance. However, 12 months after infection, control group had significantly higher rates of fatigue.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
