В настоящее время отмечается рост заболеваемости и увеличение тяжести течения COVID-19 у детей. Установлена тропность вируса SARS-CoV-2 к сердечно-сосудистой системе, при этом у 25% переболевших подростков регистрируется постковидный синдром с различными проявлениями.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы: выявить особенности паттерна электрокардиограммы (ЭКГ) у детей, госпитализированных с диагнозом: COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Комплексно обследовано 124 ребёнка (57 мальчиков и 67 девочек) в возрасте 7–17 лет, госпитализированных в стационар с диагнозом COVID-19. Проведён анализ категориальных и количественных параметров 12-канальной ЭКГ пациентов по критериям: возраста (7–12 и 13–17 лет), дня заболевания (1–10 и 11–23 день), наличия внебольничной пневмонии по данным компьютерной томографии, дыхательной недостаточности, индексу сатурации ≤95%, применению макролидных антибиотиков перед поступлением.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлены значимые изменения проводимости и активности миокарда левых отделов сердца у больных COVID-19 с пневмонией и дыхательной недостаточностью. Выраженные изменения показателей ЭКГ выявлены у детей старшего школьного возраста, которые поступали на лечение в 2,4 раза чаще, чем другие дети. Проаритмогенные показатели ЭКГ у детей выявлялись при тяжёлом течении COVID — при внебольничной пневмонии (ΔQTc, QTcmin) и дыхательной недостаточности (TpTe/QTmax). Эти изменения ЭКГ в сочетании с динамикой изменений маркеров воспаления (повышение уровня С-реактивного белка и снижение числа лимфоцитов) у детей со среднетяжёлым течением COVID-19 могут быть признаком вовлечения миокарда в инфекционный воспалительный процесс. Это позволяет полагать, что влияние на миокард оказывает системное воспаление, а не гемодинамическая перегрузка правых отделов сердца, которая ожидаема при лёгочной патологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Currently, there is an increase in the incidence and an increase in the severity of the course of COVID-19 in children. The tropism of the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the cardiovascular system has been established, while post-COVID syndrome with various manifestations is recorded in 25% of recovered adolescents.</p><p>The purpose of the work was to identify the features of the electrocardiogram (ECG) pattern in children hospitalized with a diagnosis of COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Significant changes in the conductivity and activity of the left heart myocardium were found in COVID-19 patients with pneumonia and respiratory failure. Pronounced changes in ECG indices were found in children of senior school age who were admitted for treatment 2.4 times more often than other children. Proarrhythmogenic ECG indices in children were detected in severe COVID-19 — with community-acquired pneumonia (ΔQTc, QTcmin) and respiratory failure (TpTe/QTmax). These ECG changes, combined with the trend in inflammation markers (an increase in the C-reactive protein level and a decrease in the number of lymphocytes) in children with a moderate course of COVID-19 may be a sign of the involvement of the myocardium in an infectious inflammatory process. This suggests that the effect on the myocardium is exerted by systemic inflammation and not by the hemodynamic overload of the right heart, which is expected in pulmonary pathology.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
