Младенцы, родившиеся в возрасте от 34 0/7 до 36 6/7 нед беременности (так называемые поздние недоношенные дети), представляют определённую проблему для врачей и общественных систем здравоохранения. Частота рождений поздних недоношенных детей в последние годы не имеет существенной тенденции к снижению. В связи с этим актуальны работы, направленные на определение и анализ факторов риска и поиск методов профилактики рождения поздних недоношенных детей. &#13;
Цель: определить основные факторы риска рождения поздних недоношенных детей.&#13;
Материалы и методы. Проведён анализ данных 156 историй развития поздних недоношенных новорождённых (форма № 097/у), а также истории родов (форма № 096/у). Выполнен одномоментный анализ данных социального, соматического, акушерско-гинекологического анамнезов женщин, а также определена значимость различных форм акушерской и гинекологической патологии, осложнивших течение настоящей беременности. Установлено, что значимое влияние на рождение ребёнка в сроки 34–36 нед имели такие факторы, как различные формы акушерско-гинекологической патологии женщин, угроза прерывания беременности, обвитие пуповиной плода, индекс массы тела матери, проживание в городе и области. Поздние недоношенные дети рождались преимущественно от 1-й беременности и 1-х родов.&#13;
Заключение. Установленные нами закономерности изменений значимости факторов поздних преждевременных родов необходимы для определения объёмов специализированной медицинской помощи поздним недоношенным детям в условиях отделений реанимации и интенсивной терапии новорождённых и выхаживания в условиях отделений патологии новорождённых и недоношенных детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction. Infants born between the ages of 34 0/7 and 36 6/7 weeks of pregnancy (so-called late premature babies) pose a particular problem for doctors and public health systems. The frequency of births in late premature babies in recent years has not shown a significant downward trend. In this regard, the work aimed at identifying and analyzing risk factors and finding methods for preventing the birth in late premature babies is relevant. &#13;
Objective was to determine the main risk factors for the birth in late premature babies &#13;
Materials and methods. Data analysis of one hundred fifty six developmental histories of newborns (form No. 097/y) born alive from 34 0/7 to 36 6/7 weeks of gestation, as well as birth histories (form No. 096/y) was carried out. A simultaneous analysis of the data on the social, somatic, obstetric, and gynecological anamnesis of women was performed, and the significance of various forms of obstetric and gynecological pathology that complicated the course of a real pregnancy was determined. Factors such as various forms of obstetric and gynecological pathology in women, the threat of termination of pregnancy, fetal umbilical cord entanglement, maternal body mass index, residence in the city and region were found to have a significant impact on the birth of an infant at 34–36 weeks. Late premature babies were also revealed to be born mainly from the first pregnancy of the first delivery. &#13;
Conclusion. The patterns of changes in the significance of the factors of late premature birth that we have established are necessary to determine the volume of specialized medical care for late premature infants in the conditions of intensive care units and neonatal care and nursing in the conditions of pathology departments of newborns and premature infants.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>поздний недоношенный ребёнок</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>новорождённый</kwd><kwd>поздние преждевременные роды</kwd><kwd>родовспоможение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>late premature baby</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>newborn</kwd><kwd>late premature birth</kwd><kwd>obstetric care</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Engle W.A., Tomashek K.M., Wallman C.
