Введение. В современных условиях необходимы поддержка грудного вскармливания и разработка комплекса мер по персонализированной оптимизации питания женщины от планирования зачатия и периода беременности до послеродового периода и всего периода грудного вскармливания.

Цель работы — определить эффективность использования комплекса мероприятий, направленных на продвижение грудного вскармливания, в модели актуализированной формы федерального проекта «Открытый родильный дом».

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Экспертно-просветительским центром «Выбор родителей» в 2018 г. был разработан федеральный проект «Открытый родильный дом», который включал комплекс организационно-методических мероприятий, направленных на оптимизацию питания кормящих женщин и реализацию программы грудного вскармливания детей 1-го года жизни. Были разработаны, апробированы и получили одобрение специалистов лекции по организации грудного вскармливания как для консультантов, так и для родителей. В 2023 г. федеральный проект «Открытый родильный дом» был существенно модифицирован, расширена и обновлена его информационная база. К маю 2024 г. к проекту присоединились 14 регионов и 135 родильных домов. В обновлённую версию проекта были включены разработанные рекомендации по питанию кормящих женщин и продвижению грудного вскармливания.

Результаты

Результаты. Анализ данных по внедрению обновлённой формы проекта показал, что федеральный проект «Открытый родильный дом» открывает новые возможности по охране здоровья матери и ребёнка в различных регионах страны: создаёт условия, благоприятно влияющие на повышение рождаемости в регионе; обеспечивает осуществление персонализированной информационной работы для выявления качества медицинской помощи женщинам с инвалидностью; является дополнительным средством формирования положительного имиджа медицинской организации и органа управления здравоохранением региона; улучшает условия профилактики послеродовой депрессии и других расстройств у женщин после родов и в течение 1-го года жизни ребёнка; способствует повышению эффективности мероприятий по оптимизации грудного вскармливания; улучшает осведомлённость родителей о безопасном и качественном питании детей грудного возраста; расширяет возможности использования целевой аудитории проекта для оперативного проведения социологических опросов.

Заключение

Заключение. Модель актуализированной формы федерального проекта «Открытый родильный дом», разработанная по инициативе и при непосредственном участии автора, является доступным в условиях регионов методом активного внедрения в здравоохранение комплекса мероприятий, направленных на продвижение грудного вскармливания, повышение информированности медицинских работников и кормящих женщин по оптимизации грудного вскармливания и питания женщин в период кормления грудью, а также служит современным средством расширения коммуникативных условий для медицинского персонала, что имеет важное значение для повышения качества оказания медицинской помощи населению.

Introduction

Introduction. In modern conditions, it is necessary to support breastfeeding and develop a set of measures for personalized optimization of a woman’s nutrition at all stages: from conception planning and pregnancy to the postpartum period and the entire period of breastfeeding.

The purpose of the work is to determine the effectiveness of using a set of measures aimed at promoting breastfeeding in the model of the updated form of the Federal project “Open Maternity Hospital”.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. In 2018, the Expert and Educational Center “Parents’ Choice” developed the Federal project “Open Maternity Hospital”, which included a set of managerial and methodological measures aimed at optimizing the nutrition of nursing women and the implementation of the Program for breastfeeding have been developed, tested and approved by specialists, both for consultants and for parents. In 2023, the Federal project “Open Maternity Hospital” has been significantly modified, expanded and updated its information base. By May 2024, 14 regions and one hundred thirty five maternity hospitals had joined the project. The updated version of the project included developed recommendations on the nutrition in lactating women and the promotion of breastfeeding.

Results

Results. The analysis of data on the implementation of the updated project form showed the Federal project “Open Maternity Hospital” to open up new opportunities for the protection of maternal and infant health in various regions of the country as it creates conditions that favourably affect the increase in fertility in the region and provides personalized information work to identify the quality of medical care for women with disabilities. It is an additional means of formation a positive image of the medical institutions and the regional health authority; improves the conditions for the prevention of postpartum depression and other disorders in women after childbirth and during the first year of the infant life; improves the effectiveness of measures to optimize breastfeeding; improves parents’ awareness of safe and high-quality nutrition in infants; expands the possibilities of using the target audience of the project for operational sociological surveys.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The model of the updated form of the Federal project “Open Maternity Hospital”, developed on the initiative and with the direct participation of the author, is an accessible method in the regions for the active introduction into healthcare of a set of measures aimed at promoting breastfeeding, raising awareness of medical workers and nursing women to optimize breastfeeding and nutrition of women during breastfeeding. It serves as a modern means of expanding the communicative conditions for medical personnel, this is important for improving the quality of medical care to the population.
